Terms of use

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and ForexBob, operated by Sukhwinder Singh, a sole proprietor in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada ("ForexBob", "we", "us"). They apply to forexbob.com, our Telegram channels, the ForexBob Algo copy trading service, our calculators and anything else we offer (together, the "Services"). Our Disclaimer and Privacy policy form part of these terms.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. It is your responsibility to make sure that trading forex and CFDs, and using signal or copy trading services, is legal where you live.

3. What we provide

• Signals and analysis: trade ideas with entry, stop loss and targets, plus market notes, shared on Telegram.
• Copy trading: the ForexBob Algo places trades on a trading account you own, under a separate copy trading agreement.
• Free tools and articles: calculators and educational content on this website.

All of this is general information and education, not personalised investment advice. ForexBob is not a broker, does not hold client money and cannot withdraw funds from your trading account. You decide whether to place any trade. Please read the Disclaimer, which explains the risks.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars on our website and may change. A price change won't affect a period you have already paid for.
• We tell you how to pay when you subscribe. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
• Access starts when payment is confirmed and lasts for the period you bought. Plans don't renew automatically unless you set up a recurring payment, which you can cancel at any time before the next charge.
• Refunds: because access to our channels is delivered straight away, fees are non-refundable once access has been given, except where the law requires a refund or where we cancel a service you have paid for. In that case we refund the unused part of your subscription.
• "Lifetime" plans last for as long as ForexBob runs the premium channel they apply to.

5. Copy trading

If you use the ForexBob Algo, you give us trading access to your account so trades can be placed on it. You remain the owner of the account and the funds, you choose the risk setting, and you can stop copy trading at any time by changing your trading password and telling us. Automated trading can lose money, and drawdowns can be large. We are not responsible for your broker's actions, platform outages, connection problems or execution prices.

6. Acceptable use

Subscriptions are for your personal use. You must not:

• share, resell, forward or publish our signals or premium content, or give anyone else access to the channels,
• copy or scrape our website or channels, except for normal personal use,
• misuse the Services, interfere with their security or use them for anything unlawful,
• pretend to be ForexBob or one of our team.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules from our channels without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

The ForexBob name and logo, our website, signals, articles, calculators, software and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use while these terms apply. You may share links to our public pages.

8. No guarantees

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee any trading result, profit or level of accuracy, or that the Services will always be available or error-free. Telegram and other third-party services can have outages that we don't control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForexBob is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages arising from the Services or from any trade you place. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs we incur because you broke these terms or the law while using the Services.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering a service, with a pro-rata refund in the second case.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects paid subscribers, we will announce it on our Telegram channel. Using the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Saskatchewan have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim there.
